Senior Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing Integration
This Senior Technical Program Manager will drive complex manufacturing infrastructure and capital expenditure projects, connecting internal engineering teams with external partners to build world-class production environments for autonomous vehicle programs.

In this role, you will:
- Manufacturing Project Lifecycle Management: Drive the planning, detailed engineering design, and execution for complex manufacturing facility upgrades and line implementation.
- External Partner Interface: Act as the primary technical liaison, managing relationships, schedules, and deliverables with external Architectural & Engineering (A&E) firms, general contractors, and equipment integrators.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Orchestrate tight alignment across Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing NPI, Facilities, and Supply Chain to ensure facility infrastructure and layouts perfectly support product architecture and material flow.
- CapEx & Risk Mitigation: Own integrated program schedules spanning facility preparation through tool and equipment installation. Track heavy capital expenditure budgets and proactively resolve critical path risks to ensure seamless operational readiness.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of TPM or operations experience, with a proven track record leading large-scale industrial CapEx projects or facility build-outs from concept to commissioning.
- Deep technical expertise in manufacturing integration, facility layouts, industrial automation, and equipment installation.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with external vendors and drive consensus among cross-functional technical teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex technical and financial data into actionable leadership updates.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience collaborating directly with Product Development or Design Engineering teams to influence Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and ensure smooth new product introductions (NPI).
- Experience scaling manufacturing environments in the Automotive, EV, Aerospace, or Advanced Robotics industries.
- Proficiency with factory design tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks) and advanced program management software (Smartsheet, MS Project).
