Digital Delivery Manager
Leads owner-side virtual design and construction delivery across large-scale data center and modular infrastructure projects. The role governs BIM standards, model quality, coordination workflows, and asset data handover while partnering with executives, designers, and contractors.

Responsibilities
- Govern and maintain owner digital delivery standards across data center and modular infrastructure projects.
- Serve as the owner-side point of contact for digital delivery, reporting status, metrics, and decisions to executives and stakeholders.
- Manage common data environment governance and project hosting in Autodesk Forma and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Track and execute client and tenant BIM requirements.
- Validate and audit models against owner standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
- Structure digital deliverables for commissioning, facilities integration, and long-term asset management, including as-builts, asset metadata, and AIR.
- Oversee clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution workflows.
- Participate in design reviews and VDC meetings across active projects.
- Bridge design-phase engineering data with downstream trade coordination.
- Evaluate emerging VDC tools, technologies, and workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in design and construction, focused on Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and BIM management.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Forma.
- Experience with complex large-scale, mission-critical facilities or high-tech infrastructure.
- Familiarity with data center terminology and MEP systems coordination preferred.
- Advanced experience with Revit, AutoCAD, ACC Forma, ACC Build, ACC Model Coordination, Navisworks Manage, Procore, and Bluebeam.
- Proficiency navigating complex multidisciplinary models in Navisworks Manage and ACC Model Coordination.
- Deep understanding of LOD definitions, BIM standards, and distinctions between design and trade/fabrication models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical data to executives, design teams, contractors, and clients.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience building scalable owner standards and digital delivery workflows.
- Familiarity with virtual reality and reality capture platforms such as Cupix.
- Experience with AI-driven construction technology tools.
- Owner-side or general-contractor VDC experience.
