Senior Business Systems Analyst

Leads technical analysis and program execution for complex internal business-system initiatives, including integrations and post-merger programs. The role requires 8 years of enterprise transformation experience, expertise in business workflows and integrations, and strong cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze enterprise system boundaries, transactional logic, and multi-system data flows across first-party and third-party tools.
  • Document and design end-to-end system flows, functional integration requirements, and configuration procedures across the customer and transaction lifecycle, including Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Post-Sales.
  • Partner with Wiz and Google technical teams to prioritize roadmaps and lead delivery through the Kanban lifecycle.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and system gaps, recommending scalable solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead discovery for integrated business flows and partner with engineering teams on solutions across Salesforce, core product systems, and third-party applications.
  • Build consensus and influence technical decisions across Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Finance without direct authority.
  • Own delivery from concept through UAT and rollout, ensuring quality and measurable business value.
  • Establish project artifacts, system documentation, and Agile/Kanban practices; provide direction, support, and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Technical Consultant supporting large-scale enterprise transformations, including 4 years leading complex, multi-system initiatives.
  • Experience with end-to-end enterprise workflows involving CRM, CPQ, Contract Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Experience reviewing data models, integration patterns, and APIs.
  • Experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies and tools such as Jira and Jira Product Discovery.

Nice-to-haves

  • M&A integration experience, including evaluating and unifying business-system flows and mapping data integration requirements.
  • Staff-level leadership and influence across peer teams without direct authority.
  • Strong collaboration with senior technical, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to complex multi-system initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to learn new first-party and third-party systems quickly.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • US base salary range: $159,200–$217,000 USD.
  • This range reflects base salary and excludes bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based; visa sponsorship is not offered.
