About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Learning what makes our customers tick and understanding their challenges.
  • Connecting customer pain points (manual, data-heavy processes) to how Parabola helps.
  • Driving revenue growth by generating top-quality leads through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, Loom, email, phone, social media) and handling inbound inquiries.
  • Setting up meetings for Account Executives after lead qualification and nurturing leads to boost attendance.
  • Making 50+ dials per day to connect and add value.
  • Experimenting with messaging, industries, and use cases.
  • Leveraging tech stack: Outreach.io, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, Apollo.io, 6Sense, Attention, Salesforce, Hubspot.

Compensation

OTE Range: $70,000 - $95,000 (San Francisco or New York City), plus equity and premium health benefits.
