Business Development Representative
Prospects and qualifies mid-market real estate opportunities through outbound phone, email, and social outreach, building pipelines and booking meetings for Account Executives. Requires 1+ years lead gen experience, CRM familiarity, and thrives in fast-paced onsite environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and qualify mid-market opportunities with real estate brokerages and large teams, focusing on deals in the $30K - $250K ACV range.
- Run high-quality outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels to reach brokers, team leads, and executives.
- Develop a sharp understanding of how brokerages operate, make technology decisions, and grow their business.
- Create qualified meetings for Mid-Market Account Executives with clear discovery and qualification criteria.
- Build and maintain your own pipeline from scratch. This role requires a high degree of ownership and self-prospecting.
- Track activity, learn from data, and continuously refine your approach to improve conversion.
- Work closely with sales leadership to sharpen targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of experience in a lead generation or business development role using phone, email, or social outreach.
- Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts. Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a polished, confident telephone presence.
- BA/BS degree preferred.

Compensation
- Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000
- On-target earnings: $75,000 - $110,000 (base + commission)
