About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects by identifying target markets, conducting research, and implementing strategic outreach campaigns.
  • Initiate and nurture connections with prospects and partners through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and networking events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize high-value industries and key accounts.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with executive decision-makers and channel partners.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience as an individual contributor with quota responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred).
  • Proven expertise in R&D tax credit space, passion for technology, AI, and financial/tax industry.
  • Experience building relationships with C-Suite executives, CPAs, business owners, and tax professionals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred).
  • Familiarity with financial documents and basic tax terminology.

Compensation

  • Annual base salary: $140,000 - $160,000, plus bonus.
