Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with employees and their families at partner companies, providing education on personal finance topics including stock options, retirement, budgeting and savings, and debt management.
- Contribute to content development, programming, and product initiatives.
- Partner with the leadership team to create expansion frameworks.
Requirements
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish for reading, writing, and speaking.
- Operate an own Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).
- At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory work at a Registered Investment Advisor.
Nice-to-haves
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), or another professional designation.
