Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture of internal software tools for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Architect and implement data integrations with enterprise tools like Autodesk, establishing API design and data synchronization best practices.
- Drive development of web applications and platforms, making decisions on frameworks, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Conduct technical evaluations of third-party software for build-vs-buy decisions and integrations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with ML engineers to implement ML, RL, and LLM-powered features.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
- Participate in technical strategy and long-term technology roadmap planning.
- Own production reliability and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years professional software engineering experience delivering complex production systems.
- Deep full-stack expertise: frontend frameworks, backend services, databases, cloud infrastructure.
- Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating complex concepts.
- Proven leadership through management, technical lead roles, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellence in system design: distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures.
- Track record in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with React/Vue, Node.js/Python/Go, AWS/GCP.
- Strong DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code.
