Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the infrastructure powering every user interaction with Harvey's global legal AI platform.
- Partner with the Head of Infrastructure to define and drive the product vision and roadmap, aligning with company strategy and grounding in customer, data, and market evidence.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to ship high-quality products on a predictable cadence and own the outcomes.
- Own infrastructure planning, prioritization, and roadmapping; make crisp prioritization decisions balancing new capabilities against reliability, performance, and security.
- Define metrics for adoption, engagement, quality, and business impact; hold the team accountable.
- Serve as connective tissue across functions, incorporating customer feedback, competitive dynamics, and technical realities.
- Raise the product bar through rigorous specs, reviews, and decision-making.
- Projects include architecting multi-region deployment strategies and developing comprehensive observability infrastructure.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling software platforms in a production environment, with measurable impact.
- Experience owning complex, technical products end-to-end, including platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML capabilities.
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems and deep customer needs into clear strategy, crisp requirements, and prioritized roadmaps.
- Fluency working with engineering and design teams on technical trade-offs; comfort with concepts like distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to make informed decisions.
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to define metrics and use data to guide decisions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- High bar for quality, strong product judgment, and intuition for where product experiences could break down.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building products for legal, professional-services, or expert users with demanding accuracy and trust requirements.
- Background with AI/ML products, LLM-powered applications, or high-throughput inference systems.
- Experience with multi-tenant, enterprise platforms subject to strict security and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience partnering closely with infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
- Prior career in law or professional-services, or experience building tools for those users.
Compensation
$213,600 - $300,000
