Post-Award Governance Specialist
Manages post-award government contract operations, including portal registrations, compliance audits, recurring deliverables, invoicing, performance reporting, and certifications. Responsibilities
- Maintain active registrations in government procurement and vendor portals, including SAM.gov, ORBIT, UK G-Cloud, EU TED, and regional procurement portals.
- Reconcile invoicing, tax records, legal business information, and federal portal profiles through automated data-parity audits.
- Extract requirements from executed contracts, create reporting schedules, and oversee recurring contract deliverables (CDRLs), including Contract Activity Reports and Contractor Profile Reports.
- Monitor contract obligations and triage technical issues that could affect customer support, past-performance ratings, or future business.
- Oversee customer contract performance evaluation cycles, including CPARS, and ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Coordinate compliance certifications with Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Finance, Support, Security, and other internal teams.
- Maintain and optimize the central repository for RFx responses using knowledge-management workflows.
Requirements
- Direct experience managing post-award tasks for U.S. government contracts, including CDRL tracking, invoice reconciliation, and contractor reporting.
- Experience with U.S. federal procurement and vendor-management systems, including SAM.gov, DSBS, and ORBIT.
- Working knowledge of FAR provisions related to subcontracting plans, invoicing, and contract reporting.
- Familiarity with government contracting systems and compliance frameworks outside the United States.
- Ability to manage automated workflows, reporting pipelines, and multiple recurring deadlines.
- Applicants must be U.S. persons under ITAR/EAR requirements: U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, political asylees, or refugees.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience as a U.S. federal contracting officer or in a comparable federal acquisition role.
- Knowledge of international government contracting frameworks, global portals, and regional compliance standards.
- Experience collaborating across legal, finance, customer support, and security teams in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Washington, DC-based hires: $132,000–$182,000 annual salary.
- Compensation may be adjusted based on work location.
- Eligibility to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
