About the role
Responsibilities
Source, pitch, and close influencer and creator partnerships, most often working through talent management agencies.
Structure and negotiate performance-based deals (CPA, revenue share, hybrid) that protect our economics and attract top talent.
Build the influencer channel from zero — target lists, deal templates, economic guardrails, and a repeatable process.
Partner with Marketing and Creative on briefs and with Legal/Compliance to keep creator content compliant in regulated categories.
Manage live partnerships for ongoing performance — troubleshoot underperformers and scale what works.
Track pipeline and channel metrics (CAC, patient starts, attributed revenue) and feed learnings back into the playbook.
Requirements
5+ years in creator/influencer partnerships, affiliate/performance sales, or D2C growth, including 2–3+ years personally closing deals.
Demonstrated experience sourcing and closing partnerships, ideally through talent/management agencies.
Working knowledge of performance-based deal structures and channel economics.
An experienced closer who has personally owned creator/influencer or affiliate deals — not just executed campaigns.
Fluent in performance-based deal economics and confident negotiating with agencies.
A self-directed builder who thrives in ambiguity and turns early wins into repeatable systems.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated consumer-health marketing.
Familiarity with affiliate/attribution platforms and creator tooling.
Experience building a channel or program from the ground up.
Owns the full lifecycle of high-value Earn partnerships with fintechs, exchanges, wallets, and DeFi protocols, from greenfield origination through activation. Requires 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales, plus working knowledge of crypto and DeFi.
