About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain deep expertise in futures proprietary trading firm operations, business models, and market trends.
  • Gather and synthesize market intelligence and competitive insights to inform strategy, product roadmaps, and partner solutions.
  • Represent NT Technologies in partner and market-facing engagements.
  • Advocate for partner and customer needs across technology teams.
  • Translate market feedback into actionable recommendations for product, service, and partner strategy.
  • Monitor opportunities and risks within the proprietary trading segment.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource for Product Development, Marketing, Customer Support, and Brokerage.
  • Provide input on product features, positioning, workflows, and operational requirements for proprietary trading firms.
  • Support training and enablement for internal teams.
  • Advise prop firm partners throughout planning, solution design, staffing, launch, and operational optimization.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to shape solutions that drive partner success and company growth.
  • Support market positioning and growth strategy.
  • Contribute to ecosystem diversification and partner-base expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen product differentiation.
  • Lead and develop a team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, workload distribution, coaching, and career development.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional planning and leadership reviews.
  • Own team KPIs and report progress to Business Development and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in futures trading, proprietary trading firms, or related fintech environments.
  • Strong understanding of proprietary trading firm business models, evaluation structures, and risk frameworks.
  • Cross-functional experience with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
  • Familiarity with B2B or B2B2C partner ecosystems.
  • Subject-matter credibility and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with practical operational insight.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidance.
  • Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-growth environment.
  • 2+ years of direct people-management experience, including hiring, development, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience setting team goals, managing priorities, and communicating upward to senior stakeholders.

  • Direct experience working within or advising a futures proprietary trading firm.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $130,000–$180,000 USD.
  • Annual target bonus of 15%, based on individual and company/team performance.
  • 401(k) plan with up to a 3.5% company match.
