About the job

Responsibilities

  • Image OPSWAT hardware according to customer orders and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) testing to ensure all hardware meets high standards.
  • Create and help troubleshoot any software issues discovered during the fulfillment process.
  • Oversee the packing and preparation of hardware for shipment.
  • Update internal technical knowledge and assist in maintaining a design library.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor processes for efficiency and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure all fulfillment activities are documented accurately.
  • Resolve any issues related to hardware fulfillment promptly.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of hardware imaging and QA/QC processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Strong knowledge of individual hardware components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management and tracking software.
