Hardware Fulfillment Technician
Hardware Fulfillment Technician responsible for imaging, testing, QA/QC, troubleshooting, packing, and shipping OPSWAT cybersecurity hardware worldwide. Requires strong knowledge of hardware components, Windows/Linux OS, imaging processes, and inventory systems.
About the job
Responsibilities
- Image OPSWAT hardware according to customer orders and standard operating procedures.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) testing to ensure all hardware meets high standards.
- Create and help troubleshoot any software issues discovered during the fulfillment process.
- Oversee the packing and preparation of hardware for shipment.
- Update internal technical knowledge and assist in maintaining a design library.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor processes for efficiency and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Ensure all fulfillment activities are documented accurately.
- Resolve any issues related to hardware fulfillment promptly.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of hardware imaging and QA/QC processes.
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux).
- Strong knowledge of individual hardware components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management and tracking software.
