Responsibilities
- Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories, including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Sourcing Specialists while scaling the corporate procurement team.
- Partner with corporate leaders to align procurement initiatives with organizational goals.
- Conduct spend analysis and develop category strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Negotiate complex vendor contracts and manage strategic supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of experience in category management or procurement, focused primarily on indirect procurement and corporate services.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable cost savings and operational efficiency through strategic category planning.
- Advanced contract negotiation and supplier relationship management expertise.
- Exceptional spend analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder influence, and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with modern Procure-to-Pay platforms such as Coupa, Zip, or SAP Ariba.
Nice-to-haves
- Procurement experience in a fast-paced technology company or high-growth startup.
- Expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Professional procurement or supply chain certification, such as CPSM.
