Responsibilities

Real Estate Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Build and maintain financial, headcount, capacity, and space-utilization analyses to support site selection, lease terms, and portfolio optimization.
  • Manage the global real estate portfolio, including leases, co-working agreements, critical dates, renewals, and termination options.
  • Serve as the internal facilities owner for space needs, vendor escalations, and operational issues across geographies.

Mexico City Office — Lease, Space Planning & Buildout

  • Own the Mexico City project end to end, from lease negotiations and space planning through buildout and move-in by May 2027.
  • Conduct site visits and attend contractor and vendor meetings.
  • Manage the project management firm, broker, architect, and contractors, holding partners accountable for scope, quality, timeline, and budget.
  • Deliver bi-weekly project status briefings covering milestones, decisions, risks, and budget.

In-Person Gathering & Distributed Workplace

  • Evaluate and facilitate flexible co-working, pop-up, and on-demand workspace solutions.
  • Partner with the Executive Assistant team on in-person gathering strategy and workplace design.
  • Pilot and evolve hub-based gathering programs, providing quarterly recommendations to leadership.

Operations, Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage vendor relationships and conduct quarterly performance reviews.
  • Maintain monthly budget reports, forecasts, variance tracking, and forward-looking financial views.
  • Maintain comprehensive project plans as the source of truth for timelines, owners, dependencies, and risks.
  • Ensure physical spaces and events comply with local regulations, safety standards, and insurance requirements.

Senior Leadership Partnership

  • Deliver monthly real estate and workplace briefings to the executive leadership team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in workplace operations, real estate, facilities management, or site operations.
  • Experience with vendor management, contractor oversight, budget tracking, site selection, lease negotiations, portfolio management, and buildouts.
  • Workplace space-planning experience.
  • Exceptional project-management discipline across multiple complex workstreams.
  • Strong financial and data fluency, including financial models, budget trackers, and utilization analyses.
  • Executive communication skills and experience presenting to senior audiences.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguity across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • High proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and project-management platforms.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with real estate transactions in Mexico or Latin America.
  • Experience managing operations across multiple countries, particularly the US, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, or Ukraine.
  • PMP, FMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience within a People & Culture or HR organization.
