Supports day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, invoice processing, and month-end close. Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of accounting experience, strong QuickBooks Online and Excel skills, and knowledge of GAAP.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation in QuickBooks.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices.
- Assist with audit preparation and tax compliance activities.
- Complete ad hoc accounting-related requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience; private accounting experience with some public accounting experience preferred.
- Extensive experience with Excel and QuickBooks Online.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
