Own Anyscale’s hands-on IT function across identity, endpoint management, hardware logistics, SaaS vendors, audit controls, and internal automation. Responsibilities
- Administer identity and access systems, including Okta, Google Workspace, group-based authorization, 1Password Enterprise, passkeys, and automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Own and extend internal automation and notification services; operate them with properly scoped service accounts.
- Manage the macOS endpoint fleet through mobile device management, device-trust checks, endpoint detection and response, and security and collaboration tooling.
- Manage end-to-end hardware logistics, including procurement, global and international shipping, inventory, returns, and recycling.
- Manage SaaS vendors, service ownership, renewal dates, purchase requests, and renewal decisions.
- Support audit evidence collection and design controls for internal and external audits.
- Support conference-room and office technology.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering Okta and Google Workspace.
- Experience managing macOS fleets through mobile device management, including device trust and endpoint security tooling.
- Experience implementing identity lifecycle automation driven by an HRIS.
- Experience owning IT hardware logistics, vendor renewals, and SaaS management.
- Familiarity with producing audit evidence.
- High-ownership, automate-first mindset with the ability to own IT end to end.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $171,000–$211,000 annually.
