Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes end to end, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
- Manage timesheet and payroll inputs and coordinate closely with the PEO and Finance.
- Serve as the primary owner of HR systems, data accuracy, reporting, and audits.
- Triage and resolve employee questions related to benefits, policies, and HR processes.
- Maintain and improve HR documentation, policies, and self-service resources.
- Partner with the Head of People and HRBP to improve and scale people operations.
- Identify process gaps and proactively implement improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience.
- Experience running HR operations in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the technology startup space.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfort partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Desire to build scalable systems, not just execute tasks.
