Executive Support Senior Program Manager, Tech Advisor
Owns the design, deployment, lifecycle, and vendor management of residential, travel, and personal security technology supporting executives and their families. The role requires hands-on physical security experience, strong program management, technical judgment, and clear documentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Own residential security system design, integration, and lifecycle management for assigned executive residences, including cameras, alarms, access control, and sensor networks.
- Own home network design and hardening for executive residences and travel, coordinating with corporate IT and InfoSec standards.
- Manage the technology side of travel security, including secure communications provisioning, single-use travel hardware, and rapid-deployment kits for new or temporary properties.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for residential and personal technology systems, installers, monitoring providers, and communications providers.
- Maintain system health monitoring, managed maintenance, and as-built documentation for technology deployed outside the enterprise perimeter.
- Own decommissioning and transition of technology when properties or vehicles change, ensuring access, data, and hardware are not orphaned.
- Act as the first point of contact and triage for executive and family requests involving personal technology and security systems.
- Contribute audit-ready documentation for owned technology to support regulatory, customer, and partner diligence requests.
Requirements
- Hands-on physical security technology experience from residential, travel, or personal-protection contexts.
- Solid program management experience delivering security technology programs.
- Experience building security technology capabilities from zero in a high-growth environment, including documentation, playbooks, and training.
- Experience managing vendor relationships through selection, contracting, onboarding, performance management, and renewal.
- Clear technical writing and communication skills for audiences including engineers, principals, and household staff.
- Ability to operate with moderate ambiguity and make sound scope and escalation decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
Nice-to-haves
- 10+ years of experience delivering physical security technology programs.
- Direct experience with residential or executive-protection-adjacent technology deployments.
- Experience at an AI-focused organization, frontier technology company, or similarly high-growth, high-scrutiny environment.
- Experience managing distributed vendor networks across multiple properties or regions.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $245,000–$305,000 USD
