Leads dashboard development and onchain analysis across DeFi products to guide product growth, incentives, retention, revenue, and investor communications. Requires 4+ years in data analysis, data science, or analytics engineering, with strong SQL and blockchain analytics experience.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking TVL, user funnels, account performance, protocol cash flows, and other key metrics.
- Analyze onchain data to generate insights guiding product direction, user incentives, and growth strategies.
- Benchmark performance against competitors and evolving market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to improve how analytics are surfaced across internal tools and user-facing interfaces.
- Contribute to go-to-market planning for new product launches and vault offerings.
- Partner with marketing, business development, and product teams to track and improve user retention and protocol revenue.
- Prepare protocol-level analysis for quarterly investor calls and ecosystem updates.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or analytics engineering; experience in crypto, fintech, or financial markets is preferred.
- Ability to independently build data infrastructure and select appropriate tools to turn questions into insights.
- Strong command of SQL, Dune Analytics, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Amplitude.
- Experience with onchain data, smart contract analytics, and blockchain query languages and platforms such as The Graph, Flipside, and Dune.
- Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and take ownership.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when translating data into decisions.
- Passion for crypto, DeFi, and open financial systems; hands-on experience is a major plus.
