Responsibilities
- Own and improve V7’s LinkedIn presence, including company posts, product updates, campaign content, event promotion, and founder-led content.
- Turn product launches, customer proof, events, and sales priorities into campaign assets across LinkedIn, email, landing pages, and sales materials.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for priority accounts and enterprise segments.
- Partner with product and sales to develop clear buyer messaging.
- Write commercially useful campaign content, including social posts, email copy, landing pages, customer proof points, event follow-ups, and sales enablement snippets.
- Support pre-event and post-event marketing, including target account lists, promotion, follow-up, nurture assets, and content repurposing.
- Partner with design on campaign creative, product visuals, and paid social.
- Track performance across LinkedIn, email, events, landing pages, and campaigns, using insights to improve future work.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in demand generation, product marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing at a B2B technology company.
- Strong, fast, commercially focused writing skills.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel.
- Ability to simplify complex products into useful buyer messaging.
- Experience working with sales teams and connecting marketing activity to pipeline, deal progression, and revenue.
- Experience supporting multichannel campaigns, especially across LinkedIn, email, landing pages, and events.
- Ability to turn loosely defined ideas into usable marketing assets.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, enterprise software, and buyer behavior.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience marketing to finance, insurance, legal, private markets, or enterprise operations teams.
- Experience with ABM campaigns or named-account programs.
- Experience working with founders or senior leaders on LinkedIn content.
- Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Notion, Framer, or similar tools.
- Portfolio of B2B writing, campaign work, or social content.
Compensation
- Salary: $110,000–$200,000 annually.
