Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, from scoping and planning through execution and delivery.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into tractable data analysis projects.
- Interpret and investigate data and statistical questions arising during client work.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management on project goals and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary client contact and address project concerns or issues.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay current with healthcare analytics trends and best practices.
- Conduct statistical analyses, construct and fit mathematical models, and answer questions using complex datasets.
- Contribute to process improvements, team development, business growth, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including explaining complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
Nice-to-haves
- Consulting or professional services experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR.
- Advanced analytical skills in predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Experience with projections, market landscaping, patient journey, line-of-therapy analytics, segmentation and targeting, commercial assessments, forecasting, or business development and licensing analytics.

- Apply AI strategically and use judgment and creativity when working with AI tools.
- Explore and share AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or prompts.
- Integrate AI into research, writing, data analysis, content creation, and other workflows.
- Use tools such as Notion AI, Perplexity, Claude, Descript, Runway, Midjourney, or Microsoft Copilot.
Compensation and Benefits
- ATS-listed annual base salary: $106,000–$155,000 USD.
- The role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
