The Senior Strategic Sourcing Data Analyst will turn procurement data into insights that improve savings, working capital, supplier performance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Power BI for procurement KPIs, including cost avoidance, contract cycle times, and payment-term compliance.
- Analyze procurement datasets from Coupa and SAP to identify trends, leakage, negotiation opportunities, and consolidation opportunities.
- Use statistical modeling to forecast lead times and market price fluctuations for long-lead equipment such as transformers and breakers.
- Partner with the AI Task Force to implement and refine LLM-based tools such as Gemini for automated bid reviews and contract data extraction.
- Translate data into business insights for Technical Power teams, Legal, and executive stakeholders supporting negotiations and EPC agreements.
- Oversee data accuracy in Jira and sourcing modules and help establish Coupa data-entry standards for audit-ready project tracking.
- Provide rapid-turnaround analysis of fragmented or dirty datasets.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in supply chain or procurement.
- Proficiency writing complex SQL queries against relational databases.
- Expert-level ability with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Foundational knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP and sourcing tools such as Coupa and SAP, plus Jira.
- Ability to calculate Working Capital Impact and Total Cost of Ownership metrics.
- Ability to present data-heavy findings clearly to non-technical executive stakeholders.

- Experience with generative AI and automating business workflows.
