The Associate AI Solution Consultant develops and prototypes AI-enabled process solutions, leads customer proof projects, and presents business value to executives. The Orbit program targets STEM graduates or candidates with internships or 1–2 years of experience, requiring German and English fluency plus Python and generative AI knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ AI strategies and business-critical challenges, identify problem-solution fit, and translate requirements into innovative solutions.
- Build and code solutions within the Celonis platform using SQL, PQL, and Python.
- Rapidly prototype solutions using AI technologies during customer hackathons.
- Help customers achieve return on investment from AI deployments at scale by enabling autonomous AI agents with the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects and align solutions with customers’ AI strategies.
- Develop expertise in business domains or industries, such as supply chain.
- Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives.
- Remain involved through project adoption and value-realization thresholds.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
- Develop skills in discovery, solutioning, requirements scoping, objection handling, domain knowledge, presentations, value selling, and account management.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques including retrieval-augmented generation, few-shot learning, prompt and context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
- Good knowledge of Python and common machine-learning libraries and data-engineering tools.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and confidence presenting to diverse audiences.
- Proactive, curious, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Foundational business acumen and domain understanding, such as supply chain.

- Experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, function calling, and prompt engineering.

- Experience modeling ROI and total cost of ownership.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle.
