About the role
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end trading product marketing strategy, translating perpetual futures, options, margin, and spot products into customer-focused positioning and messaging.
Lead go-to-market efforts for new trading instrument launches in the retail app, including audience strategy, value proposition development, channel planning, creative briefing, and measurement.
Drive trading volume growth across the full funnel through awareness campaigns, product launches, and win-back programs targeting churned traders.
Create and execute engagement programs such as trading competitions, incentives, and event-driven campaigns.
Develop customer insights across trader segments, from first-time derivatives users to active traders using competitors.
Define success metrics for trading volume and instrument adoption, monitor performance, run experiments, and provide recommendations to product and marketing leadership.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or product management for a consumer-facing app.
Demonstrated success driving measurable adoption of trading or financial products.
Hands-on experience marketing trading, investing, or derivatives products.
Ability to own product launches and growth strategy from positioning and messaging through channel execution and performance measurement.
Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, including defining success metrics, running experiments, and using data to guide decisions.
Experience leading large-scale growth, engagement, or win-back programs with measurable volume or retention outcomes.
Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual base salary: $170,765–$200,900 USD.
Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility.
