- Lead complex technical and strategic initiatives to optimize delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members, support professional development, set goals, and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in designing, coding, reviewing, and testing features using agile practices.
- Influence product architecture, including the design and delivery of prototypes.
- Solve complex problems and transform them into business solutions.
- Work with customer-facing features and deeply technical projects.

- Identify problems in existing systems and products and propose solutions.

Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within an agile environment.
- Hands-on technical leadership experience and the ability to guide teams on technical questions.
- Strong English and Hungarian communication skills.
- Experience with B2B SaaS and agile development environments, preferably in a startup or dynamic technology company.
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
