Responsibilities
- Own and grow the incident management program within the Detection & Response team.
- Manage the incident response lifecycle from detection and triage through containment, remediation, and post-incident review.
- Gather and analyze incident trend data, patterns, and root causes.
- Report incident findings and coordinate systemic improvements across engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams.
- Drive organizational learning and continuous improvement after incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
- Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
- Experience level aligned with the internal job level requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
