Responsibilities
Help scale non-outbound sales channels — marketing, community, referrals, and thought leadership — to drive qualified pipeline
Own marketing efforts on campaigns, content, and experiments that convert top-of-funnel interest into live opportunities
Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitive landscape
Support community-building efforts (events, webinars, roundtables, online communities) and turn engagement into meetings and pilots
Build and manage referral loops with customers, investors, and friends of Raylu to bring in warm, high-intent opportunities
Help craft and distribute thought leadership (posts, case studies, newsletters) that positions Raylu as the AI sourcing standard in private markets
Capture market and product feedback to influence GTM strategy and the product roadmap
Requirements
2+ years of experience and have succeeded in high-growth teams (whether in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related field)
Strong writing, research, and communication abilities
Want to learn fast and take ownership
Comfortable using AI-driven workflows for research and personalization
