Responsibilities
- Help scale non-outbound sales channels — marketing, community, referrals, and thought leadership — to drive qualified pipeline
- Own marketing efforts on campaigns, content, and experiments that convert top-of-funnel interest into live opportunities
- Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitive landscape
- Support community-building efforts (events, webinars, roundtables, online communities) and turn engagement into meetings and pilots
- Build and manage referral loops with customers, investors, and friends of Raylu to bring in warm, high-intent opportunities
- Help craft and distribute thought leadership (posts, case studies, newsletters) that positions Raylu as the AI sourcing standard in private markets
- Capture market and product feedback to influence GTM strategy and the product roadmap
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience and have succeeded in high-growth teams (whether in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related field)
- Strong writing, research, and communication abilities
- Want to learn fast and take ownership
- Comfortable using AI-driven workflows for research and personalization
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with private markets (VC, growth equity, PE)
Compensation
- $140K - $190K salary
- $50K-100K equivalent in new hire equity (4 year vest)
