About the role

Responsibilities

  • Help scale non-outbound sales channels — marketing, community, referrals, and thought leadership — to drive qualified pipeline
  • Own marketing efforts on campaigns, content, and experiments that convert top-of-funnel interest into live opportunities
  • Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitive landscape
  • Support community-building efforts (events, webinars, roundtables, online communities) and turn engagement into meetings and pilots
  • Build and manage referral loops with customers, investors, and friends of Raylu to bring in warm, high-intent opportunities
  • Help craft and distribute thought leadership (posts, case studies, newsletters) that positions Raylu as the AI sourcing standard in private markets
  • Capture market and product feedback to influence GTM strategy and the product roadmap

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience and have succeeded in high-growth teams (whether in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related field)
  • Strong writing, research, and communication abilities
  • Want to learn fast and take ownership
  • Comfortable using AI-driven workflows for research and personalization

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with private markets (VC, growth equity, PE)

Compensation

  • $140K - $190K salary
  • $50K-100K equivalent in new hire equity (4 year vest)
