Responsibilities
- Build and operate core services powering family care discovery, Care Professional workflows (hiring, scheduling, workforce optimization), public digital experiences, growth channels, multi-channel sales/communication stack (phone, SMS, email).
- Collaborate with design, product, data, and care operations teams.
- Evolve systems from design through operation, mentor others, contribute to engineering culture.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience building/operating production systems.
- Experience designing relational data models and working with databases at scale.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience with API design, distributed systems, backend performance.
- Proficiency in Python or transferable backend experience (willingness to learn Python).
Compensation/Benefits
- Base salary $160,000–$180,000 USD.
