About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide domain credibility in grocery retail and CPG (merchandising, supply chain, store ops, trade, e-commerce).
  • Embed with partner teams to identify agentic AI use cases that impact daily operations.
  • Lead discovery workshops, prioritize use cases, and translate field learnings into requirements for R&D.
  • Conduct hands-on demos and platform walkthroughs tailored to partner workflows.
  • Drive change management, including workflow redesigns, user training, and new operating cadences.
  • Travel ~50%+ to partner sites (field-first role).

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in grocery retail/CPG, B2B consulting, and ideally tech/AI.
  • Deep expertise in at least one grocery vertical to earn trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience running consultative discovery and translating to structured requirements.
  • Proven change management skills (training, workflow redesign).
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence for C-suite and operational audiences.
  • Proficiency in BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and workshop tools (Miro, Lucidspark).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel ~50% in North America.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (LLMs, agentic systems, RAG pipelines).
  • Experience with Snowflake, ERP (SAP, Oracle), TPM/TPO tools, POS systems.
  • Track record influencing product/engineering roadmaps via customer feedback.
  • Strength in data storytelling for operational improvements.
  • Forward-deployed or startup environment experience.
