About the role
Responsibilities
Service and support existing and new contracted clients
Perform in-person and virtual presentations with leasing agents and property managers
Monitor B2C referral pipeline and support B2B clients as their residents consider services
Train clients on products and ensure full understanding via phone, email, or in-person
Meet or exceed assigned quota & KPIs on a monthly basis
Collect customer feedback on product, process and pricing changes
Maintain customer records in CRM
Hold site visits with partner buildings in your vicinity
Help with local in-person events
Occasional travel to headquarters in NYC
Requirements
Self-starter: able and excited to take initiative on what’s needed for your client
Comfortable presenting in front of large and small groups
2+ years in a training or account management role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities and client requests
