Responsibilities
- Support annual sales and fiscal-year planning, including development of the annual financial bookings plan for go-to-market teams.
- Assist sales leadership and sales operations with territory planning and mapping, headcount planning, and incentive compensation planning and management.
- Partner with sales operations on weekly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cadence, including data structure, modeling, and field-data utilization.
- Gather requirements, establish priorities, and define KPIs for annual sales-planning projects across teams.
- Design and document recurring and ad hoc dashboards and reports.
- Provide data insights for quarterly business reviews, performance evaluation, and strategic planning.
- Research business problems and create analytical models, including regression, forecasting, and probability modeling.
- Build tools, methodologies, processes, and computer applications that organize data, perform analysis, and generate reports from multiple sources.
- Assess future data needs and data integrity, and communicate organized, concise findings to stakeholders and executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative business analysis, forecasting, production planning, finance, or cost accounting.
- Experience integrating systems such as Palantir Foundry, Salesforce, NetSuite, go-to-market applications, and financial systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to build and maintain complex analytical applications and programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple functional organizations while owning projects independently.
- FAA Part 107 certification is strongly encouraged within the first 60 days and required for certain positions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: $140,000–$165,000.
