Responsibilities
- Align all functions to achieve Australia and New Zealand’s business objectives in partnership with the Country Manager.
- Drive regular business operations meetings and lead weekly meetings with cross-functional project teams to ensure key initiatives are on track.
- Use internal and external data sources and tools to analyze macro and micro trends, and present analysis, insights, and actionable plans to country and regional leadership.
- Own day-to-day business analysis, anticipate changes, and align adjustments to maximize growth and minimize risk.
- Own the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, including defining problem statements, articulating solutions, identifying dependencies, and working with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Support the Country Manager in owning the performance narrative for key metrics and presenting it to senior leaders in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience, preferably combining business growth, business analytics, and project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
- Bias to action and ability to own projects from conception through post-mortem.
- Ability to create clarity in uncertain and ambiguous situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly at all organizational levels.
- Track record of storytelling, influencing, and rallying diverse cross-functional stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Ability to balance detailed execution with broader business strategy.
- Ability to prioritize work and coordinate support across functions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
- Hands-on approach and ability to execute quickly.
- Proficiency manipulating large datasets in Excel.
