Account Executive, Talent Cloud
Drives expansion revenue for Rippling’s Talent product suite by partnering with Account Managers to identify and close cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts. Owns full sales cycle with 4+ years B2B SaaS closing experience, HR/Talent tech familiarity, and proven top performance.
What you'll do
- Partner with Account Managers to identify, prioritize, and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Talent products, from discovery through close
- Lead consultative discovery conversations and tailored product demos aligned to customer needs
- Manage pipeline and forecast with accuracy in Salesforce
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building alignment across HR, Talent, and executive buyers
- Position Rippling effectively against other solutions in the Talent and HR tech landscape
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Marketing to deliver strong customer outcomes
- Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) to drive consistent execution
- Consistently meet or exceed quota
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of top performance (top 10% or consistent overachievement)
- Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or People teams
- Familiarity with Talent or HR tech solutions (e.g., recruiting, performance, engagement, or learning platforms)
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while executing thoughtful, strategic deals
- Experience working within an existing customer base or expansion-focused role is a strong plus
- Strong sales fundamentals, including discovery, multi-threading, and value-based selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Additional Information
This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings* for US-based employees will be 50/50 commission split for base/variable pay, and aligned with one of the ranges below based on location. The pay range for this role is: 200,000 - 200,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
Sales Lead
Sales Lead responsible for building and managing a full sales pipeline for fintech media products including newsletters, podcasts, events, and sponsored content. Requires 3+ years in advertising/media sales with experience closing deals with financial institutions and Fortune 500 brands.
Named Account Executive
Own full sales cycle for named accounts in the DevOps ecosystem, driving land-and-expand motions and closing large strategic deals. Requires 5+ years of upper mid-market/enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
Account Executive, New Business
Own net-new revenue for the 250-1000 employee segment by proactively hunting, running full-cycle outbound sales, and consistently exceeding quota. Requires 4+ years quota-carrying AE experience with a proven hunter mentality.
