  • Build and manage a complete sales pipeline, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing post-sale client relationships to drive recurring revenue

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in advertising sales, media sales, or sponsorship sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a track record of building lasting client relationships
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape, including digital advertising, content marketing, and sponsorship best practices
  • Experience closing deals with financial institutions, tier-1 fintechs, or Fortune 500 brands and navigating complex, high-stakes partnerships
  • Experience leading or mentoring other sellers, leading by example, or helping shape team culture
  • Leveraging AI to work smarter and move faster
