About the role

Responsibilities

  • Sell Ad Studio, a new AI-powered product that enables performance marketing teams to build, edit, and launch on-brand ads at scale using first-party data
  • Own full-cycle sales to mid-market performance marketers, paid social/search leads, creative strategists, and growth teams
  • Conduct consultative, strategic sales conversations that help teams rethink creative production and launch processes
  • Help define the sales motion, ICP, and product positioning as one of the first AEs on the founding Ad Studio sales team

  • 2+ years in a full-cycle sales role
  • Excitement about joining a founding team and comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • On-Target Earnings: $200,000-$240,000 annually
  • Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window
