Responsibilities
- Sell Ad Studio, a new AI-powered product that enables performance marketing teams to build, edit, and launch on-brand ads at scale using first-party data
- Own full-cycle sales to mid-market performance marketers, paid social/search leads, creative strategists, and growth teams
- Conduct consultative, strategic sales conversations that help teams rethink creative production and launch processes
- Help define the sales motion, ICP, and product positioning as one of the first AEs on the founding Ad Studio sales team
Requirements
- 2+ years in a full-cycle sales role
- Excitement about joining a founding team and comfort with ambiguity

Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings: $200,000-$240,000 annually
- Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window
