Account Development Representative
Generates high-quality pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts using cold calling, emailing, and social selling. Requires 6+ months SaaS sales experience, scrappy startup mindset, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and iterate on our outbound strategy: cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, and more.
- Drive 50–75 research-driven high-quality strategic dials per day, generating meetings and high converting pipeline.
- Deeply multi-thread target accounts, using learned insights to craft custom points of view for VP-level and C-level prospects.
- Support pipeline development and deal progression: account planning, pre-call prep, multi-threading, demo coordination, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with AEs, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and share field intelligence.

- Quota Crusher: 6+ months in SaaS sales, with track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
