About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Build and iterate on our outbound strategy: cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, and more.
  • Drive 50–75 research-driven high-quality strategic dials per day, generating meetings and high converting pipeline.
  • Deeply multi-thread target accounts, using learned insights to craft custom points of view for VP-level and C-level prospects.
  • Support pipeline development and deal progression: account planning, pre-call prep, multi-threading, demo coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with AEs, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and share field intelligence.

Who You Are

  • Quota Crusher: 6+ months in SaaS sales, with track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Creative & Strategic: You’re a builder, not a script reader.
  • Scrappy & High-Energy: You’ve worked at an early-stage startup or have entrepreneurial DNA.
  • Fast & Iterative: You move quickly, test new messaging constantly, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Resilient & Hungry: You love cold calling and don’t get discouraged by “no.”
  • Ambitious & Curious: You want to grow fast and take on more responsibility quickly.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience selling into sales, marketing, or revenue ops teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or Sales Navigator.

Compensation
