Responsibilities

  • Upsell smaller customers and manage end-to-end upsell pipeline; meet or exceed quotas.
  • Identify efficiencies and creative ways to scale upsell processes.
  • Run pilots and tests for different product lines.
  • Partner with product teams to reduce friction in upsell.
  • Propose strategies to improve effectiveness for smallest customers.
  • Provide expert-level support on product offerings, health insurance, compliance, taxes.
  • Display professionalism and compassion with accounts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years work experience; 1 year client-facing preferred; ideally knowledgeable in selling to small businesses.
  • B2B software/SaaS and Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, manage competing priorities, multi-task.

Compensation

  • Base wage: $83,700.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) including incentives: $157,300.
