Responsibilities
- Support the development and upkeep of models and frameworks connecting business drivers to staffing and resourcing decisions.
- Translate large, complex, and ambiguous data into clear, actionable insights for leadership recommendations.
- Own day-to-day planning execution, including dashboard maintenance, reporting, and business reviews, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Leverage AI tools to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses supporting team recommendations and insights.
- Identify and help drive opportunities to improve planning and operations.
- Respond quickly to ambiguous, time-sensitive requests using modern tools to work more efficiently.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, capacity or resource management, consulting, investment banking, FP&A, operations strategy, or a related analytical role.
- Hands-on SQL and Python skills.
- Fluency with AI tools for accelerating analysis and problem-solving.
- Strong business acumen, curiosity, and ability to learn complex business systems quickly.
- Self-directed, with a track record of turning data into decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

- Base pay range: CAD $79,600–$99,500 in the Toronto area, excluding potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
