Own and automate the internal identity, endpoint, SaaS, and IT service-management ecosystem, including AI tool enablement and security controls. The role requires 5+ years of IT systems engineering experience, expertise with Entra, SCIM, Jamf, Microsoft 365, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities
- Implement conditional access controls, SCIM provisioning, and automated onboarding/offboarding workflows integrated with the HRIS and internal ticketing system.
- Build and maintain a Jira Service Management request portal with structured forms, approvals, and embedded knowledge articles.
- Develop and maintain macOS MDM compliance baselines, enforce security controls, support zero-touch deployment, and manage device lifecycles.
- Provision and manage access to Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor; support employees building and running agents, automations, and internal tools; troubleshoot AI-related issues; and coach safe, policy-aligned use of AI tools and MCP connectors.
- Automate IT and People Operations workflows using scripts, APIs, and low/no-code tools.
- Administer Microsoft 365/Entra, Slack, Jira/Confluence, Zoom, and Salesforce, including roles, permissions, and configuration governance.
- Maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations; tune Exchange Online and email security policies; and support secure routing and deliverability improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems engineering and SaaS operations.
- Strong experience with identity, SSO, and provisioning workflows, including Microsoft Entra, SCIM, and SAML.
- Experience supporting end users of LLM-powered tools and agents such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
- Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Proficiency with Jamf for MDM and endpoint management.
- Ability to automate workflows using Python, APIs, or low/no-code automation tools such as Zapier.
- Practical production experience administering Microsoft 365, Slack, and Jira/Confluence.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and service-oriented skills.
Nice-to-haves
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems engineering and SaaS operations.
- Exposure to AWS, Twilio, or modern SaaS infrastructure used for internal systems.
- Experience in SOC 2/ISO-aligned environments, including audit evidence and access reviews.
- Experience with SaaS license optimization and cost management.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: $89,000–$164,000.
