Responsibilities
- Optimize and maintain Workday configuration in partnership with People, HRIS, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Configure enhancements and troubleshoot Workday across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Performance.
- Build and maintain people analytics solutions, including reports, visualizations, and dashboards using Workday Reporting, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Google App Dashboards.
- Perform advanced analysis supporting workforce planning, organizational health, DEI insights, compensation, and operational decisions.
- Establish best practices for people data governance, documentation, self-service analytics, and data integrity.
- Audit Workday biannual releases, assess impacts, and recommend new features and enhancements.
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate actionable findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system efficiency, scalability, automation, and reporting consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS or People Analytics.
- Advanced expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Apps.
- Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Workday.
- Workday Report Administrator experience, including reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, and Discovery Boards.
- Strong technical data analysis skills.
- Understanding of HR data governance and best practices for data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Experience in a fast-growing, scaling organization.
Compensation
- Salary range: $84,000–$108,500.
