Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, custom objects, page layouts, fields, and validation rules.
- Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Partner with the existing Salesforce administrator on guidance and configuration/code reviews.
- Manage Salesforce releases, sandboxes, testing, and production deployments.
- Own the security model and audit permissions, sharing rules, and data access.
- Administer the broader go-to-market technology stack and Salesforce integrations, including mass updates, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Help define AI capabilities and automation opportunities within the technology stack.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and implement scalable Salesforce-native solutions.
- Build reports and dashboards and train users on self-service reporting.
- Monitor data quality and lead deduplication, cleanup, and enrichment initiatives.
- Evaluate and manage integrations with marketing automation, CPQ, and data-enrichment tools.
- Track Salesforce releases and recommend valuable feature adoption.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience building Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and sharing rules.
- Experience with sandboxes, change sets, or DevOps tools for release management.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience managing Salesforce integrations or middleware.
- Strong reporting and dashboard-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent requests in a fast-moving environment.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
