What You'll Do
- Support product discovery efforts through customer research, competitive analysis, and market insights.
- Partner with engineers and designers to define product requirements and user experiences.
- Help translate customer needs into product specifications and user stories.
- Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in roadmap planning, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional product discussions.
- Assist with feature launches, documentation, and go-to-market planning.
- Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential application to enterprise workflows.
- Take ownership of a project or product area and present recommendations to company leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity about AI, enterprise software, and technology products.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems and think systematically.
