Robot Service Technician Assistant
Supports weekend deployment, charging, cleaning, calibration, and basic repair of autonomous delivery robots across U.S. campuses. The entry-level role requires physical capability, attention to detail, teamwork, and an interest in EV service, automotive repair, or electronics.

Responsibilities
- Prepare robots for each shift by ensuring hardware and software are ready for deployment.
- Charge robots and batteries overnight to maximize fleet readiness.
- Clean robots and protect sensitive external hardware.
- Assist with basic mechanical repairs across the robot fleet.
- Support fleet-wide hardware and software service campaigns.
- Assist remote support coordinators as the hands-on field contact.
- Perform calibrations and wheel alignment to keep sensors and chassis components properly tuned.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in varied field environments.
- Able to safely lift and move items over 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving approach.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- General computer literacy.
- Introductory experience or interest in electric vehicle service, automotive repair, or electronics.
Compensation and Benefits
- Part-time weekend schedule, generally approximately 16 hours across Saturday and Sunday.
- Weekly pay through the staffing partner.
