Responsibilities
- Respond promptly across communication channels, including Slack, email, phone, and other platforms.
- Review and validate physical security alerts in real time.
- Document findings, escalate issues, and identify patterns to improve product performance and workflows.
- Analyze security incident data to detect potential threats, anomalies, and vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and respond to alerts and notifications across systems for timely incident handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational continuity and incident resolution.
- Document incidents clearly and accurately using appropriate tools and systems.
- Partner with engineering teams on data collection, annotation, and product testing.

Compensation
- Annual salary: $49,920.
