Global Physical Security Intelligence Specialist
Develop and operate global physical security systems, controls, and compliance processes across data centers and other facilities. The role manages investigations, risk mitigation, audits, vendor deployments, and cross-functional security initiatives, with approximately 35% travel required.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy physical security technology and operations across a global network of data centers.
- Travel to various locations, build partner relationships, and work in an agile environment.
- Assist with and manage investigations in partnership with the People’s Team.
- Support the SIRT team during physical security-related incidents.
- Deploy and remediate access control and CCTV equipment with vendor support.
- Coordinate facility and personnel safety practices, guidance, assistance, and response.
- Establish, implement, and automate global physical security standards, policies, and processes.
- Support operational metrics, project tracking, and status/blocker reporting.
- Enhance infrastructure partners’ standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with physical security standards and controls.
- Develop and implement physical security controls for compliance requirements, including FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
- Support internal and external audits of physical security controls.
Requirements and Preferred Experience
- Ability to assess acceptable physical security risk and drive mitigation.
- Experience managing a local physical security program and event security practices.
- Experience with physical security controls and integrating and deploying access control and CCTV systems at scale.
- Networking and systems engineering knowledge related to physical security technology.
- Ability to coordinate with law enforcement and government agencies.
- Understanding of network security as it relates to physical security technology.
- Understanding of access control for granting logical system access.
- Experience with Verkada Command, Verkada cameras, and access sensors.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic planning and tactical execution skills.
- Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and motivate people across functions.
- Experience communicating physical security risk plans to executive leadership.
- Experience conducting site walkthroughs of data centers, corporate offices, and executive residences and identifying and measuring risks and threats.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel to company locations; approximately 35% travel required.

- Estimated annual salary: $102,000–$141,000.
