Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a senior contributor shipping great products.
- Backend specialist with deep expertise in Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Postgres, and API design.
- Solid object-oriented design and programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform.
- Experience with system scalability, performance optimization, monitoring.
- Expertise in data modeling, database optimization, data integrity in financial systems.
- Experience building search infrastructure (Elasticsearch or similar).
- Contributor to Open Source Software projects.
