Responsibilities
- Lead analyses that inform product features addressing consumer pain points.
- Lead a data science team analyzing business and product performance.
- Design and conduct experiments, including A/B tests.
- Contribute to product planning and translate insights into product decisions.
- Guide analysts while driving individual data science projects.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Data Engineers.
- Translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders through strong data storytelling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
- 5+ years of data analytics or data science experience supporting multiple business functions.
- Solid people management experience, including building teams and developing talent.
- Deep experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
- Strong understanding of product analytics metrics, including retention, conversion, engagement, churn, and marketplace balance metrics.
- Expertise in Python and/or SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.

Compensation & Benefits
- ATS-listed salary range: $236,250–$280,298 USD.
