Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives around automating day-to-day administrative workflows using AI (like clinical note writing, client scheduling, and paperwork).
- Develop real-time clinical guidance tools during sessions.
- Simplify complex, multi-step workflows and redesign them into intuitive, high-efficiency product experiences.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and clinical teams.
- Use data, experimentation, and qualitative insights to make decisions.
- Align diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling SMB SaaS, productivity tools, or operations platforms, with a clear track record of driving measurable impact in user retention, workflow efficiency, or task automation.
- Proven ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows and redesign them into intuitive, high-efficiency product experiences.
- Effective communication and alignment skills across diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data, experimentation, and qualitative insights to make decisions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building products for time-constrained professional users, with a strong ability to understand their motivations, constraints, and day-to-day workflows.
