Responsibilities

  • Drive company-level goals and track business metrics to validate or invalidate the roadmap.
  • Develop and iterate product vision with input from customers, revenue teams, and the market.
  • Solve 0-to-1 problems in automated documentation, including how AI understands work, identifies what should be documented, and creates useful knowledge for people and AI agents.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to lead projects from ideation through launch while maintaining a high quality bar.
  • Represent the product to executives and engage directly with users and the community.
  • Measure release impact and use data-driven insights to inform future product decisions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience building SaaS products.
  • Track record of creating intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Strong product judgment, customer focus, and ability to form and defend a product vision.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into hypotheses, decisions, and shipped outcomes.
  • Experience owning company-level objectives and driving measurable impact.
  • Ability to balance long-term product vision with incremental delivery.
  • Comfort working autonomously and making decisions with imperfect information.
  • Active interest in experimenting with AI tools, models, and prototypes.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $180,000–$210,000 USD.
